The Three Musketeers' reveals character stills of Jun. K and Yenny

The musical ‘The Three Musketeers’ is gearing up to open its curtains and the character stills of 2PM’s Jun.K and Wonder Girls’ Yenny have been revealed, piquing the interest of the public.

Jun. K, a dark horse who has thrown a challenge in a musical performance, has been casted as the hero from the musical, ‘D’Artagnan’. Jun.K has a positive reputation as an idol with an outstanding musical talent, perseverance, and honesty.

Yenny, who is known foroutstanding singing and composing, will play as the Lady Constance Bonacieux in the musical. This will mark Yenny’s debut as an actress in a musical and is the first Wonder Girls’ member to embark on a solo project.

Jun.K has conveyed his strong determination saying, “It seems to me like a dream that I have an opportunity to be on the stage of the musical that I have desired to challenge in. I will do my best not to disappoint many fans, who are supporting me.”

In her first challenge in a musical, Yenny said, “I will put my best effort to appeal differently this time, not as a singer but as a musical artist, in the stage of ‘The Three Musketeers’.”

2PM greets us Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
 

2PM to release 2nd Japanese album ‘Legend of 2PM’ + have concert in the Tokyo Dome


The boys of 2PM will be releasing their 2nd Japanese studio album, ‘Legend of 2PM‘ on February 13, 2013.
The album will contain 13 tracks in all including 9 brand new songs and 4 of their previously released singles including “Masquerade“, “Beautiful“, “If You are Here“, and “Forever“. 2PM has had a very successful year in Japan, setting a new record at Tower Records for singles sales and winning the Grand Prize for Tower Records Japan’s ‘K-POP LOVERS! AWARDS 2012′.
That isn’t the only good news as 2PM will also have their own concert at the famed Tokyo Dome!
To help endorse this mega event, a full page ad was taken out in the Asai and Youmi newspapers. The concerts will take place on April 20th and 21st and each concert is expected to bring in 55,000 fans for a two day total of 110,000. Before the Tokyo Dome concerts, 2PM will be holding their 2013 arena tour also titled “Legend of 2PM” in January and February.
A representative from JYP Entertainment stated, “2013 will be a major stepping stone for 2PM. 2PM will be showing off a powerful performance through their concert at the Tokyo Dome. The members of 2PM are quite eager to meet their fans there.

2PM presents a Christmas gift to 8,000 fans at their concert in Macau






On December 22nd, 2PM performed for a packed crowd of 8,000 at the Venetian Cotai Arena, setting Macau ablaze with their popularity!

The boys captivated Macau upon arrival on the 21st where they were greeted by hundreds of fans upon arrival at the airport. In the afternoon, they met with 300 lucky fans chosen through a lottery for a high touch event followed by a press conference attended by 100 different local media outlets competing for an answer from the boys as they talked about their determination and anticipations.
The excitement vibrated from the scene, where thousands of fans were seen waiting inside and outside the high touch event and concert hall. Fans had begun waiting since the early morning, surprising local officials with the popularity of the group.
As seen above, the concert kicked off to loud cheers from the audience, and the cheers only grew louder as the live performances went on. Colorful placards held up by fans from Korea, Japan, Thailand, and more were seen in the audience.




As it was held before Christmas, Nichkhun performed a special Christmas carol for the fans, singing a part of it in Cantonese. Check out his Cantonese skills below: 

The members also prepared a surprise birthday for member Taecyeon‘s birthday, giving him the opportunity to spend it with 8,000 fans. For the encore, the members passed out presents to the audience.

 It goes without saying that 2PM impressed the locals and officials, with many calling it the best concert in Macau of 2012.

2PM stated, “We’d like to thank our fans in Macau for giving us such a great gift of love before the 2012 Christmas holiday. With Macau as our last stop, we’ll be concluding our 2012 concert tour to prepare for our 2013 tour in Singapore, Guangzhou, the Philippines, and Thailand. We ask for your interest and support.”
2PM will be continuing their individual activities upon their return to Korea on the morning of the 23rd.
